Abstract

The bases of administrative guidance in Executing law include:the People-oriented theory, the legitimacy of law theory, acceptable theory, balance theory, coordinate theory etc.This paper concentrates on the theoretical bases of administrative guidance in executing law for the purpose of improving the level of actual law execution.
