Research on the Administrative Investigation of the Urban Management——Viewing from Beijing Administrative Investigation of Urban Management

The administrative investigation is the basis for administrative department to achieve information and proofs, and on which to make administrative decisions.As a sort of administrative investigation, the urban management enforcing investigation is the necessary measure for the urban management enforcing department to fulfill duty and plays an important role in making administrative decisions, however, nowadays the academia seriously lacks of the research in the urban management enforcing investigation system.This thesis analyses in the main body, initiation program, administrative investigation and measure, hoping to improve the administrative investigation system of the urban management enforcement.
