Abstract

Abstract

The nature of administrative registration has different views both in theory and in practice. The article aims to probe into the nature of administrative registration from its function and construction, looking upon the administrative registration as an independent administrative act, and discuss the judicial review standard of the administrative registration on the basis of it, thus integrating theory with practice.
