Abstract

Abstract

It is Proper agents and Voluntary principals are the core of the Ethic Relationship in Public Administration in the West. We can show the implications of the Ethic Relationship in Public Administration in the West through an explanation of the ethic presupposition of social contract(including an explanation of human natare) and the ethic principles in social contract(including the ethic implications in socialcontract and value ideals).
