Abstract

Abstract

A research of non-profitable organization operating mechanism shows that non-profitable organization has changed from the traditional type to the modern of from inner circle to opening. Marketization is the main challenge that the non-profitable organization has to face now because of its profitability. In order to adjust the no cooperation relationship between public interest goal and profitability, a kind of social enterprise can run well.
