The present study applies project management theories into the analysis of the case of Shanghai True Love and Dream Foundation. It focuses on project design and screening, project implementation,resource integration,process control and project evaluation,and analyzes the project management pattern of the non-public foundation. The paper arrives at a series of professional practices such as standardized design,transparent operation,diverse participation and sustainable tracking management,the wide application of which will help accelerate the cooperative partnership among the foundation, sponsors and recipients, promote the integral development of the private foundation and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of public projects.
