Abstract

Abstract

The article first discusses the theory of juristic acts of real rights as a whole. Then it gives a concept to the acts of real rights. In the third part, the article points out the merits and demerits of the independent and abstract nature of juristic acts of real rights. Finally, the article insists that the civil law of China should not accept this theory.
