Large construction projects are open complex giant systems. Based on system science theory and complexity study, this paper analyzes integration management for large construction projects using advanced management ideas in other fields as reference. This paper forwards a new concept of total process, total contents and all-party integration management and develops a new proof-of-concept management model for large construction projects.
