Abstract

Abstract

Economic globalization, which makes public affairs more varied and comphcated, brings a great challege to the traditional government administration paradigm. Naturally, the responsive government comes into being with the development of economy and society. One of the typical functions of the responsive government is adjustment but not suppression. The society anticipated by responsive government is one in which the government faces the problems, establish focuses and makes necessary promises. Its goal is to achieve public target and cast a spirit of self-rectification into the process of public administration. Toward the responsive government guides the direction of deepening our country administrative reform.
