Abstract

In the modern hisroty of political thoughts,YAN Fu is a special thinker.Under the circumsances of poverty,autocracy,being invaded and lower quality of the masses,YAN Fu looked for the road to achieve liberty hardly,and emphasized that the reformation must be step by step.YAN Fu's thought is a beneficial source for the latter generations.
