Abstract

Abstract

With the end of certainty, freedom is not only the supreme value, but also the inescapable fate for individuals.We achieve the freedom but at the cost of the security; the world is experienced as overwhelmingly uncertain,uncontrollable and frightening. Freedom needs the collective protection,but we should not sacrifice the individual freedoms "for the sake of society".
