Abstract

Abstract

Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology is a typical representative of the single industrial at the initial stage of new China.The paper summarizes the “mayor phenomenon” of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology in personnel training and describes the cause of this phenomenon from five aspects.
