“Genetic Factors” in University Culture—Adjustment of Universities and Their Culture——With Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology(1952-1966) as an Example

With Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology, founded in the adjustment period of 1950s, as an Example, this paper clarifies the “genetic factors” of the university cultural formation, expounds the path and mechanism of gene matrix effect of Beiyang University, Tangshan Jiaotong University, Tsinghua University, etc. in early cultural formation of the university, points out the cultural fusion and the collision in the adjustment of universities in this period, and provides a reference sample to understand the cultural formation of new universities.
