The Growth Path of Grassroots NGO in Small-sized Communities

In this paper, under the theoretical framework of civil society, through a case study on the limits on the growth of the community grass-roots NGO's legitimacy, funding, service availability and expertise, we analyze four factors to explain the practice of grass-roots NGO breaking the constraints.Then from the empirical point of view, we provide an analytical development of the idea of grass-roots NGO.
