Abstract

Abstract

Since the crisis in western welfare states, the western developed nations have devoted their major efforts to adjusting the policies of cocial welfare, improved its already existing state and popularized communal care service which has been recognized as an important way to serve the society. Communal care service, in the fields of social welfare service and social work, has played a major part and made considerable progress nowadays. According to foreign experience, traditional ideas about welfare and current reform parctice in China, the paper discusses the issues about communal care service and social welfare that is being improved.
