Abstract

Abstract

The policy of correction that is being implemented in china now is a social policy that intends to correct prisoners in community. Its essence is the correction of justice but is not the correction of community because its value ranges from the efficiency of justice, social execute to punishment. The powerlessness of prisoner is described and analysed in the paper. The writer tries to put forward some suggestions on how to empower prisoners through policy and administration.
