Abstract

Abstract

In order to have a good and precise understanding and application of the WTO rules, it is essential to approach the nature of the rules. For this purpose, the article explores the fuzziness of the WTO rules, esp, its meanings, manifestations, causes and effects, by examininyg the relevant regulations and cases.
