Abstract:
During the years from 1920 to 1927, Chen Du xiu had worked extremely hard and bitterly to probe into the developing road of Chinese economy. With the change of his view of the world and the practice of his political struggle, Chen Du xiu's social economic theory went through three stages of evolution:from January 1920 to July 1922, the socialist method of production was pointed out to develop economy; from August 1922 to February 1923, the frame of his social economic theory was formed; from May 1923 to July 1927,a some integrated economic theory was developed finally. Chen Du xiu argued that to develop economy, China must take the socialist road, which should be divided into two stages.

China negotiated it with the American Government and in Nov. 1935 went on with currency reform which had something to do with the interests of America, Britain and Japan. The powers including America took some different countermeasures. The American attitude underwent the changes of watching positively to supporting actively.

Abstract:
The paper makes a study on the relationship between Zhang Zhi zhong and the united government of Xinjiang. It concludes that in a certain sense, the founding of the united government owes to the efforts and hard work of Zhang Zhi zhong, who contributed a lot to realizing the peace of Xinjiang and the unity of nations. To some extent, the collapse of the united government is the direct result of his rule in Xinjiang. After he took over Xinjiang's affairs, the investigations, decisions and actions made by Zhang Zhi zhong in the policy of governing Xinjiang safeguarded not only the nations' unity but also the rule of Guomindang towards Xinjiang.

This article is to probe into various “tricks” by which the disorder in jurisdiction is caused and the forms hereof, and hereupon to analyse the inner reasons for the wrangle in which the people's courts of each level are get involved. It it argued that the “dirty words” have strong critical characteristics of society, are one of the modes with which antagonism and difference between the linguistic mode of “dirty words” and orthodox linguistic mode are in fact the antagonism between different mode of life.
