Abstract

Abstract

With the system reform going on rapidly, board's restriction over the company has become a core issue in company management. Similar to the Japanese-Korean company organization in form, ours has a lot of drawbacks in the supervision over the boards. Comparing the features of board's restriction between German and Japanese-Korean patterns is of great help to improve the company law in our country.
