Abstract

Abstract

As a kind of new financial institutions, the small loan companies operated between the established formal loan institution and the informal private borrowing activities have shown certain advantages to help the economic development of vast rural areas, but several disadvantages make them in a rather weak competitive position, some measures are needed to create a favorable economic and legal environment for their development.
