Abstract

Abstract

The idea of the original position plays a key role in Rawls' theory of justice. It has encountered the criticism from many sides, which shows its importance in contemporary political philosophy. The idea of the original position not only brought great echo in contemporary political philosophy, but also has important significance in resolving the real social proble ms, especially in our building harmonious society at present.
