Abstract

Abstract

Fair minimum living security system of urban and rural residents is the basic demand to realize human rights and the content of social equity and justice.The institutionalized differences between urban and rural are the system reasons which cause the unfairness in the minimum living security of urban and rural residents in practice.So we must start from the fair system in order to fundamentally solve the unfair in the minimum living security of urban and rural residents.By establishing fair and reasonable minimum standards and economic and legal system under the principle of fairness formed by equality and difference, the article puts forward fair and justice minimum living security system of urban and rural residents.
