Abstract

Abstract

Based on the direct cause of the appearance of economic analysis law and its core value of efficiency, we provide the philosophical basis of the relation between efficiency and justice, and also analyse its significance and limitation on China's current situation The paper sets forth the necessity of efficiency value to perfect the legal system in China. Moreover, our result indicates that we can not achieve the goal of social equilibrium without the idea of social fairness, justice, harmoniousness and safeguard.
