Abstract

Abstract

This paper mainly investigates the ideological function of university's law education in China. It is divided into four parts. The current situation of the research on the ideological function of law education is discussed in the first part. The concept of ideology concerned is defined in the second part, pointing out that the ideological function of the law education lies in delivering ideas of value contained in the law to the educated in law education. The third part expounds some problems existing in the law education, and in the fourth part, some corresponding countermeasures to the problems are discussed.
