On the Academic Morality Construction from the Angle of “Academic Community”

In recent years, frequent academic immoralities has done great harm to research and innovation.So under the new situation we should fully understand the importance of strengthening the academic morality development.This paper analyzes the surface and underlying causes of academic immorality and puts forward some countermeasures from the following aspects:ascertain the university orientation as the "academic community", set out operational academic norms, form a reasonable and sound academic evaluation system and enhance scholar's research capacity as well as moral aspects.
