Abstract

Abstract

The Paper studies the self –identity of the model workers in contemporary state-owned enterprises.Though proud of the honor, they are under the pressure of reality and psychology.Because of the decline of the whole Chinese working class, model workers as the elites have the difficulty in flowing up and have the deep depression.
