Abstract

Abstract

Currently, in the Civil-Law field, scholars pay more attention to the right of Natural's personalty. In recent years, some scholars do research on the right of Corporation's personalty. By comparation, there are some differences between Natural and Corporation in essence. Corporation has it's own developmental connection, legal basis and context.
