  • As traditional modern women,the highly educated female teachers have intensive self-development needs,subjective consciousness and achievement motivations,but they are often troubled by the occupation burnout. As modern traditional women, a part of them who are single have some troubles in getting married, another part of them are hovering between family and career painfully. Conflict of the traditional social expectations and modern pursuit of value is the origin of their role stress,and the society as a whole should assume the responsibility,besides,the highly educated female teachers should improve the ability to adapt different roles by themselves.
