Abstract

Abstract

The paper analyzes and identifies teachers' competence characteristics, and then builds teachers' competency model in higher vocational colleges, using a combination tactics of theoretical and empirical, and applying combination methods of interview, questionnaire, and statistics.The model provides reference for recruitment, assessment and training of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
