2019, 35(4): 16-22.
Abstract(307) PDF(18)
Abstract:
Expressing Feelings is the key to the Song Lyrics. The Appraisal theory provides a systematic approach to feelings. The paper, within the framework of the Appraisal theory, constructs an analytic framework and procedure of feelings in Song Lyrics.Feelings should be analyzed from types, polarity, strategies, participants and scales, and the feelings are distributed in discourse in ranks:micro-feelings,meso-feelings and macro-feelings.The deconstruction of feelings begins with foregrounding micro-feelings,then backgrounding micro-feelings with reference to meso-feelings and macro-feelings and ends with the fluctuation of feelings. The paper, using the model, analyzes the feelings in Li Qingzhao's "Slow, Slow Tune".

WANG Zhu, ZHANG Tian-wei
2019, 35(4): 23-32.
Abstract(319) PDF(14)
Abstract:
Based on Language Information Structure Theory and a contrast test of the acceptability of gapping data, this paper identifies that gapping exists in Mandarin Chinese. The linguistic context helps to improve and understand its acceptability.Mandarin Chinese gapping is a typical Topic-Comment Structure, and it transmits contrastive information by means of contrastive topic and contrastive focus. The roles of focus and the strength of contrastive information are the main factors affecting gapping's acceptability.Quantifiers, demonstratives and imperative mood can increase the acceptability by strengthening contrastive information.Adverbs, negators and effect-cause complex sentences can decrease the acceptability by influencing the roles of focus.

HU Jie-rong
2019, 35(4): 61-69.
Abstract(286) PDF(16)
Abstract:
Socioeconomic status is one of the fundamental causes which have effects on health, and the theories which pay attention to the behavioral or environmental factors supply different perspectives.Based on the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey Data(2014),this paper uses Logit regression models and KHB method to analyze the relation and mechanism how socioeconomic status affect functional health of Chinese elderly people through the mediating variables of physical exercises of individual behavioral aspect and health insurances of institutional environmental factor. This research finds that the different dimension of SES has different direction on the physical health of the elderly, education level and self-rated economic status have a significant positive impact, but only the significant difference in functional health between the rich and the poor elderly people is in part caused through physical exercises. As suppression, physical exercises and health insurance partly cancel the effects which vocation and residence contribute to the elderly's functional health difference, and physical exercises has greater influence than payer of medical expense. This paper shows both behavioral and environmental theoretical perspectives are explanatory to the mechanism of socioeconomic status on the elderly's functional health, but the individual factor of physical exercises is a more powerful mediator than the institutional element of health insurance.

HE Wei, CAO Ren-ren
2019, 35(4): 70-76.
Abstract(636) PDF(25)
Abstract:
In 1962,Thomas Kuhn strongly demonstrated that scientific progress is a revolutionary history of subversion and reconstruction with The Structure of Scientific Revolutions. In methodology,Kuhn criticized traditional positivism but inherited the principles of logical empiricism, and then constructed post-positivism.In epistemology,Kuhn interpreted the thought of Scientific Revolutions on the whole through post-positivist approach.By distinguishing the relevant terms of post-positivism and citing the Scientific Dispute since the London International Symposium on Philosophy of Science in 1965,the study shows that the textual criticism of the Popper School and Historicism has caused the Kuhn paradigm to be subject to textualism, while the interpretation of Marxist style makes post-positivism return to historical practice, and reveals that the value of Kuhn's Scientific Revolution lies in the philosophical construction of a revolutionary framework for people to think about knowledge development and scientific progress.

XU Wang
2019, 35(4): 85-92.
Abstract(252) PDF(15)
Abstract:
In view of the cultural consumption ecological crisis triggered by the current tide of cultural commodification,it is necessary to standardize and construct a cultural consumption ecological governance system. This is also an essential part of the national cultural governance system. The goal of constructing this system is to form a benign interaction and organic integration of the ecological main body and the external ecological environment of the cultural consumption ecosystem.Based on the interdisciplinary vision, the article uses the normative research method to find a balance between the consumption ecology and the cultural ecology between the two dimensions of economy and culture. The concepts of "ecological niche" and "ecological chains" in ecology is introduced to study the relationship between internal ecological subjects, and PEST model analysis is used to analyze the external ecological environment. Finally,it is proposed to continuously strengthen the guidance of cultural consumers and the regulation of the cultural consumption market,so as to promote the formation of a benign cultural consumption ecology, which will force the cultural production ecology to return to the right track.

Analysis of Mixed Attributes of Land Use Right Transfer Contract and Its Application of Judicial Remedy: Thinking and Correction Based on Two-stage Theory
CHEN Xin-fan, WU Ming-yi
2019, 35(4): 93-103.
Abstract(217) PDF(15)
Abstract:
The contract of state-owned land use right transfer is faced with the conflict of private law or public law mode in the settlement of its dispute because of its different understanding of "civil or administrative" attributes, and the key to dispelling the problem is to properly analyze its contract attributes.Combined with the analysis of "two-order theory" and its application of localization, the contract has the mixed nature of two-stage, that is, the signing of the contract as a boundary, the first stage is the land transfer administrative license stage belongs to the nature of public law,the second stage is the contract signing performance phase is essentially private law nature.Based on this, after feasibility analysis and case test, the mixed relief mode of "administrative relief and civil relief" is initially constructed, which avoids the imbalance of the single relief mode in the protection of rights and interests. In addition, "the second phase is fully integrated into civil relief" should be amended to "identify the elements of its public law", that is, "administrative sanctions for the supervision of contract performance" should be incorporated into administrative relief.
