On the Psychological Intervention Mechanism in Crisis Management System of the Universities

How to alleviate and eradicate the psychological wounds caused by university crisis events becomes a new task facing the practical and theoretical workers. This paper, starting from the causes of psychological intervention mechanism in constructing the university crisis management, analyzes the reasons of this long-term flaw mechanism, and then puts forward some tactics: setting up the idea of "humanist" in the universities crisis management, fully utilizing many kinds of carriers and platform and constructing comprehensive participation mechanism as guarantee and so on.
