Abstract

Abstract

In this paper, the auther clarifted and distinguished the structural dimensions and cognitive perspective of the concepts of legitimacy in the organizational research and provided a brief conclusion that organizational legitimacy is a collective process to reach a consensus through cognition and evaluation.
