Abstract

Abstract

Enforcement contest is a general phenomenon in enforcement practice,as well as an important theoretical problem in enforcement.This article points out the flaws and drawbacks in solving the problems of enforcement contest.The solution to that problem should be based on the basic theory and combined with in situation in our contry.Meanwhile,we should pay attention to the problem of coordinating different enforcement regulations.
