Only in this way,can Chinese constitution find its way in the role,system and practice of constitutional review.However,we can depend too much on. Constitutional review; we should maintain and respect Constitution when it is right, and worship and protect Constitution when it is wrong. Constitution must become the "King" of the republic.

The idea of human rights in modern China is only a transplant from the western world. However, its development in modern China has its own logic.In the west, the idea of human rights is a kind of valuerationality;while in China it is treated as an instrumental rationality to achieve a goal.When human rights is seen as an instrumental rationality, its value will be easily ignored and even abandoned in its process of melting into the social reform or revolution practice. The inner tension between the realistic salvation and enlightenment of the mind in modern china submerged the real meaning of human rights, making the pursuing of human rights only exist among few intellectuals. To the majority of normal people, it didn't intrigue their true awareness and consciousness of human rights.

WTO principles exert a far-reaching influence on the foreign-related arbitration of our country, whose concrete demand is that our country's foreign-related arbitration procedure should possess such characters as independency,transparency,and efficiency.However, the foreign-related arbitration system faces a great challenge and a great deal of problems on the macrocosmic and microcosmic aspects. For instance, reade are worried about the law-enforcing environment correlated with arbitration; people are unfamiliar with arbitration; the competition between arbitration institutions is fierce; the personnel management is unreasonable; ad hoc arbitration is in need; the regulations of an arbitrator's quality are too high; the regulations of arbitral agreement are rigid and the judicial review to arbitration awards is too casual. The author puts forward the basic idea of perfecting our contry's foreign-related arbitration system,that is, introduce ad hoc arbitration, remaking provisions of the arbitral agreement in businessmen's angle, widen gradually the party's freedom of choosing an arbitrator and made legal provisions about canceling or refusing to carry out the foreign-related arbitration award.

The living conditions of government employees and teachers in the Republic of China had transformed from comfort to hard since the breaking out of the Anti-Japanese War.Their wage levels had been rather high during the early period in the Republic of China.Even the primary school teachers who earned the lowest income could make both ends meet,let alone the others who had higher income.However,after the breaking out of the Anti-Japanese War,government employees and teachers' actual wages were lessened along with the mounting wartime inflation.As a result,their living conditions got worse and worse.During the last years of domination by Nanjing Kuomintang Government,government employees and teachers went to the length of raving not enough food and clothes.The sharp contrast between the cosy former and the straitened later made them sense sad and lost,and lose all hopes for the government of the repulic of china at the same time.
