Abstract

Abstract

In her short life time (26 years all together), Shi Pingmei spent six to seven years on literature creation, leaving works of about hundreds of thousand words. Previous studies mainly focused on her prose, with only a few mentioned her po-em. In this paper, the author tries to discover the modernism feature in Shi's poem, and then explores her thought on the meaning of life through the poem. It is of significance to the study of modern chinese literature and poem.
