The Basic Ideas about Employment

This article thinks that the employment in China is not alike that of contradiction between demand and supply on the labor market under the system of market economy, and also not alike the employment under the system of planning economy, which the state monopoly for running and distributing employment and find places for all people. China is now in a transitional period from planning economy system to market economy system. In this period, the release and transform of redundant laborers are the main expression of employment, so the basic thinking to expand employment must start from the contradiction of "systematic employment". In order to resolve the contradiction, we must set up a standard, scientific and fair employment policy; determine the near future and long term employment goal reasonably on the basis of employment capacity and unemployment enduring capacity; determine the economic development way practically and realistically.
