Abstract

Abstract

The main purpose of Japan's Mingzhi Reform whose policy is developing the country with enterprising spirit is to,under the premise of maintaining the national spirit and willpower,widely adsorb and learn the advanced science and technology from European and American countries,to carry out the technical transformation of Japan's economy.As a result,on the basis of island country economy,Japan has formed its cultural characteristics of incorporating things of diverse nature and its technical renewal system,has promoted its initiativity and creativity in absorbing the world culture,thus,very soon,Japan has realized the rapid development and sudden rising of modern city industrial economy.Standing on the common base and premise of oriental culture,observing Japan's importance order of policies,differentiating the gains and loses of its practice,we can learn a lot in our course of reform.
