In order to analyze the reproductive health conditions of the rural women, this paper conducts a deep interview and a questionnaire survey with the rural women from four administrative villages of a town in Huaining county, Anhui Province. By comparing the women migrant workers returning to rural areas with those who have been staying in villages from 8 perspectives, the paper finds that the reproductive health care of rural women in China is unsatisfied. And the survey also reveals that experiences of working in urban area can strengthen the women's abilities and awareness in terms of health care and life quality. Here, some recommendation are put forward, such as governments' financial supports, setup of heahhcare system in rural areas, non-government organizations participations, to improve the reproduction health care conditions for women in rural areas.
