Abstract

Abstract

Personnel agency has shown great vitality in Socialist Market Economy since its birth. Because the establishment and practice time of this system is not long, it still has many questions for further consideration. By analyzing the five characteristics of personnel agency system in Socialist Market Economy, this article anticipates its development trend in order to promote the study of this system.
