Abstract

Abstract

The subject of macro-control has the characteristics of high order, specialty, etc.The legal liability of maro-adjustment and control is mainly process liability, and it has comparatively large immunity space.The current macro-adjustment and control law in China has some drawbacks, such as non-transparent decision process, insufficient legal liability, and so on.Therefore, active idea innovation and system innovation must be carried out to realize optimum interaction of macro-adjustment and control public implementation and individual implementation.
