    Abstract
  • The Party’s work style is the image of the Party, and the construction of the work style is the eternal theme of the Party’s construction. Work style construction is an important part of the Party construction in colleges and universities, which is directly related to whether the Party’s educational policy can be implemented in place, and whether the decision-making and deployment of the school Party Committee can be effective. Based on the explanation of the significant importance of high-quality development of work style construction in colleges and universities, this paper starts from three dimensions of enhancing the political and organizational functions of the Party organizations in colleges and universities, building a strong team of Party cadres, and deepening the improvement of the work style construction mechanism to systematically present the historical experience of China’s colleges and universities in the work style construction of recent years. Taking the construction of ideological style, work style, leadership style, and disciplinary style as the entry point, this paper further shows the practical approach of promoting the high-quality development of work style construction in colleges and universities.
