Abstract

Abstract

Looking back on its century-long struggle, the Communist Party of China, in the process of summarizing historical experience and evaluating its own history, has drawn on the motivation to move forward, and has formed the “Resolution on Several Historical Issues”, “Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” and “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Hundred Years of Struggle” three important historical resolutions. Although they have different backgrounds, problems to be solved, and development prospects, they all scientifically evaluate major historical events and play an important role in unifying the thinking of the whole party and promoting the development of the party and the country. On the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, with the three “Historical Resolutions” as the cornerstones, an in-depth study of the major historical topic “Why Can the Chinese Communist Party?” has important practical and historical significance for us to strive to achieve the goal of the second centenary.
