Abstract:
The development of social work education depends on educators' right comprehension of the professional educating model and choosing the appropriate educational patterns in China. Therefore, it is a crucial prblem to think about how to catch on the nature and problems of all-round quality-oriented education in social work field. The author deemed that the social work educatiors should accentuate the notion of all-round quality-oriented education which pays more attention on professional basic theory and method. We are not supposed to let the commonplace-oriented education take place of all-round quality-oriented education; and similarly, we shouldn't deny special quality-oriented education by all-round quality-oriented education.

Based on the study of randomly chosen cases, this paper got the following conclusion:the growth of industrialization and urbanization produces mobility of different degree and nature in different groups. The increasing mobility makes people's relationship complex and become strange. Under such a situation, the social restrance decrease and any factor that may lead to divorce will result in divorce now.

Abstract:
In order to analyze the reproductive health conditions of the rural women, this paper conducts a deep interview and a questionnaire survey with the rural women from four administrative villages of a town in Huaining county, Anhui Province. By comparing the women migrant workers returning to rural areas with those who have been staying in villages from 8 perspectives, the paper finds that the reproductive health care of rural women in China is unsatisfied. And the survey also reveals that experiences of working in urban area can strengthen the women's abilities and awareness in terms of health care and life quality. Here, some recommendation are put forward, such as governments' financial supports, setup of heahhcare system in rural areas, non-government organizations participations, to improve the reproduction health care conditions for women in rural areas.

Review is done on the work of kanban system with variations. Based on analyzing variation resources and their effect, procedure for kanhan system design and operation is given. Factors needed to take into consideration when designing kanban system are analyzed. The formulation to calculate the number of Kanban provided by Mondon is improved. Procedure and strategy are brought forwards to deal with the variation in the operation of kanhan system.

Abstract:
The cointergration method was employed to do the resrearch on the relationship between the Chinese stock index and macroeconomic variables such as GDP (Gross Domestic Product), interest rates and money supply. The article not only settles a multi-factor model of those factors but also analyzes the causality of them. From the results, it concludes that the fluctuation of stock price deviates from the growing trend of national economy and that stock market is inefficient in the transmitting system of monetary policy. Finally, the article analyzes the cause of such phenomenon and provides some constructive policy suggestions.

The value of honesty is the self-restraint and the other-restraint. Political honesty is an important morality of politics. The history of human being declares:to realize respective right in the way of non-cooperation will lead to negative effects. When people make contracts, they believe that the law or the allowed 1 aw(customs and habits, and so on) can protect a part of their own rights, so they are bound to fulfill the contracts. Constantly authorization and supervision are the performance of the rights, and they are also a variation process and order to ensure the proper use of the rights. It is unrealistic and unnecessary to let all the people participate in authorization and supervision, so the owner of the rights needs to consign the others. There is the relationship between the constituency and representative, the relationship between assigners and assignees, and the gaming between them should be in accordance with the criteria of honesty to realize the aim of double winning. The harmonious development of the society must be built on the political honesty system.

Ma Junwu praised highly Rousseau's theory of freedom. However, since he just did a literal translation of Rousseau's hooks, he payed more attention to the reality of freedom and equality than the value when expounding Rousseau's theory of freedom. In fact, Rousseau clarified the dichotomy of the fact and the value; moreover, he preferred the latter and deduced in logic. To a certain extent, the essence of freedom and equality was gold back by the tide of revolution.

Whether the limitation of action has expired is something objective, and needes to be proved by the parties who have to take the responsibility of burden of proof. However, sometimes judges are confused in determining which party should take the very responsibility in the judicial practice. The authors firstly discuss what effects the limitation of action brings, pointing out that expiry means the debtor gains the right to demur to repay. Secondly, the authors tells the difference between the procedural demurrer, denial and civil demurer, explaining that the procedural demurrer is different from denial; demurrer to repay is one kind of procedural demurrer. The party who denies facts doesn't need to take the responsibility of burden of proof while the party claiming procedural demurrer needs. Finally, the authors discuss who and how should take the responsibility basing on the theory of Rosenberg.

This paper, focusing on the international law principle of immunity right, explains theory issues and practice issues comprehensively from history origin, theoretical foundation, doctrine, international convention, judgment of the International Court of Justice and practice of U.S and U.K, and draws a conclusion:international law principe which limits the immunity of the state head (particularly right of criminal immunity) has not been established yet; depriving of the immunity right of the state head arbitrarily will damage the sovereignty of state.
