Abstract

Abstract

The uncertainty of the income and expenditure of the rural citizens objectively exists, and it is the main cause of the non-sustainable consumption of the rural citizens.The non-sustainable consumption has its micro as well as macroscopical meaning.These two meanings influence mutualy,which is not in favor of the improvement of rural citizens' living standard and the benign circulation of the national economy.
