Abstract

Abstract

The civil law was undeveloped in ancient China, when the criminal law was thought highly of but civil law was ignored, especially the foreign private law. Tang Dynasty is the mature period of the feudal law because we can find the related legal provisions in the delivered literatures. The legislation concerning foreign affairs in Tang Dynasty was becoming perfect, which was the basis of solving the legal conflicts concerning foreign interests and establishing the good international orders.
- right of the persons,
- right of property,
- marriage concerning foreign nationals,
- inheritance of property,
- personal law and territorial law
