Abstract

Abstract

There are the first-class universities in a country and the first-class universities in the world when universities are compared with each other in different space. But the first-class universities in a country don't mean that they are the world top universities. So when some universities in a country are planning to be built into the world top universities, their shortcomings should be recognized and solved.
