In view of the background that debt-to-equity swap poses and the problems that should be solved, the article proved that the debt-to-equity swap is a sort of abnormal system arrangement, while it is difficult to realize original design of the policy(double win), and furthermore it strengthens and causes some new risks and conflicts at the same time of settling. What is more important is that the current debt-to-equity swap has gone away from the long-term object of economy system reform in our country. For this reason the writer pointed out that we should adjust the policy design of the debt-to-equity swap in time to make it join with the strategic adjustment of national economy.

Profound historical consciousness, developed historiographic theory, vivid and visual historiographic explaining form are excellent traditions of historiography of the ancient China. The thesis considers DAI Ming-shi to be a prominent historiographic thinker who hasn't been fully recognized by people till now. He had been devoting all his life to compiling the HISTORY of MING. DAI Ming-shi showed his profound historical and historiographical consciousness that ancient excellent historian had possessed. He inherited and developed the theory of historiographical critics that had come forth before his era, which showed his remarkable understanding of history and higher ability of writing history. Historical biography that DAI Ming-shi wrote inherited and developed the historiographical explaining form of SIMA Qian and OU Yang-xiu.

Abstract:
The learning ideology of classical Chinese literary criticism was gradually getting deeper and more precious in traditional science of catalogue, which is an important basis on which the history of Chinese literal criticism in its modern form can be founded. This thesis explores the track of the differentiation and evolvement of the classical critical works on verse and prose in traditional science of catalogue:collections of works (ZongJi)-history of literature (WenShi)-critical works on verse (ShiPing) and critical works on prose (WenPing). It also analyses how they were cleared up, classified and studied in traditional science of catalogue, through which it tries to roughly outline the research of the history of criticism before the 20th century, so as to present the development of its learning ideology.

Bold, unconstrained, tough, and hard ancient military life gave birth to the greatness and uniqueness of the writing by ancient military poets, and displayed the brilliant history in their lives. Marching long distance to protect their homes, strolling in the front line, bearing the feeling of homesickness, fighting bravely, and dying for good causes, all these shed fantastic lights in their masculine poems. The grievous and indignant color, and strong patriotism constitute the impressiveness and nobleness in military poems, which presents a shocking aesthetic value. These poems have expressed the strongest tone at that time; they have proved that the status of military literature in the transition in time cannot be shaken.
