Study of Legal Protection of Privacy in Public Places——From the Angle of Installing Supervising Camera in Public Places

It depends on the nature of privacy that people have privacy in public places.In order to regulate the privacy protection in public places, the following system must be adopted:to formulate unified laws, to stick to ideal of right standard, to establish proportional principle and procedure priority principle, to determine the installing and supervising body, to regulate the installing area and site, to establish the informing rules, to limit supervising intensity, to strengthen the mangement of supervising materials, and to improve protection methods.
