Abstract

Abstract

With technological innovation and industrial upgrading, "Internet Plus" is a profound impact on our social life, the Internet booking taxi service, shared bicycles and other new formats have emerged. Sub-sectors of the transport industry, such as bus, freight logistics, car and parking, have emerged. Regulators must promptly improve the regulatory thinking, including adaptation to technological innovation to enhance governance capacity, promote industrial upgrading to reduce the problem of urban transport, change the traditional management, reform and improve the rule of law and industry regulation, and let the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources.
