The Address Modes of Government Workers in Beijing

Abstract:
The popular address modes used by government workers in each era can largely reflect its popular political ideology, but the researches on this topic have been inadequate in recent years. Using questionnaires and interviews, the present study investigates the address-term features of government workers in Beijing by exploring their use frequency, degree of popularity, influencing factors and social evaluation. Four features have been revealed:occupational titles are government workers' first address choice; pseudo-kinship terms are important; the glamor of tongzhi is gone; vulgar general address terms like laoban, laoda, zongguan are generally not popular. Address-term planning should be an important part of language planning. This paper advocates the practice of democratic, equal addressing ideology between superiors and subordinates, and encourages the use of names among colleagues while decreasing the non-reciprocal use of official titles.

On the Pragmatic Mechanisms of the Choice of the Third Party Personal Deixis

Abstract:
Based on A Dream of Red Mansions, the present research sums up and analyzes the different types of choices of the third party personal deixis and finds out that the third party personal deixis is picked up on purpose rather than at random and that the principles of power and solidarity fail to provide satisfactory explanations in that the principles contradict each other on some cases and are frequently violated or get out of control on the others. The characteristics of personal deixis, including the egocentricity and deictic mapping such as pragmatic empathy and pragmatic de-empathy, provide better explanations on the pragmatic mechanisms of the choice of the third party personal deixis.

On the Stylistic Characteristics and Causes of the Smurf Style

Abstract:
The Smurf style which is now popular in the internet was originated from the movie "The Smurfs". The Smurf style applies "the Song of the Smurfs" as the model and fills some new words and sentences into it, which is widespread in the internet with some new contents in the old frame. There are different versions such as the vocation edition, territory edition, campus edition and constellation edition. The rapid popularity of the Smurf style is the result combined both the internal reasons of the style itself and the external reasons of the social, cultural and mass psychological elements. From the perspective of meanings and values, the vocation edition of the Smurf style reflects the hard survival state of certain group with great pressure and meager incomes, and it also reflects the optimism of the working class who regards the sufferings as pleasure and seeks pleasure from agony. The Smurf style is the netizen's self-entertainment, meanwhile, through the self-mockery and laughing at others, the Smurf style can release their depression to a certain degree, which is helpful for self-decompression and ease the social conflict.

Since ancient times, our country has attached great importance to the problem of language standardization. As the times are different, the emphasis of the language is different. The traditional China elegance view ruled for two thousand years, in view of the establishment of the new generations of pure China, and now appeared in the view of harmony. This paper attempts to sort out the development process of Chinese language standard view and analyze its differences, to explore the reasons for the change of the concept of language norms, and the significance of the concept of harmonious language standard for building a harmonious language society.

The Means of Signification of Lettered Words andTheir Diachronic Changes in Texts

Abstract:
On the basis of the large-scale corpus, this paper describes the diversified patterns and the diachronic changes of the lettered words in the text, and probes into the mechanism behind them. It is suggested that the use of means of signification can provide some or all semantic information for lettered words, which is an effective means to solve the difficulty of semantic comprehension. The study of the use of the means of signification shows that the frequency of the use of the means tends to decrease with the increase of the time of the use of the lettered words, driven by the principle of "saving effort". The article also briefly discusses the phenomenon of using the means of signification of loanwords.

With an increasing concern over environmental issues from home and abroad, the interdisciplinary field of Environmental Communication has become rather important. Related researches within China are mainly introductory or summary works of foreign theories, thus demanding more energy into theoretical development as well as practical undertaking. The newly published work of Environmental Communication Pedagogy and Practice provides the latest pedagogy and practice based on the idea of transformative teaching, which prompts a transition from environmental communication teacher and learner to environmental communication practitioners. This transition from theory to practice represents the new trend and new perspective for international environmental communications and deserves to be publicized and tested.

Abstract:
With the advancement of urbanization in China, the problems of municipal solid waste disposal are becoming more and more prominent, especially in Beijing, a city with a large population. Based on the deep research on the city-Taipei, which is at the forefront of the harmless disposal of garbage, this paper summarizes the well-established "Taipei model" formed by Taipei City in the aspects of garbage disposal policy design, implementation, professional process, publicity and education, and then combines the status of Beijing garbage sorting to make the relevant recommendations, hoping to solve the problem of garbage siege as soon as possible in Beijing, to achieve "garbage zero buried, full recovery of resources" and contribute to Beijing's green development.

Abstract:
Shanxi Mei Hu play Zhang Lian Selling Cloth has been introduced in the middle of Gansu area, creators and performers have extended and increased or decreased the content, some local specific folk culture factors were integrated into it, and Zhang Lian Selling Cloth becomes one of the representative works in Gansu. Zhang Lian Selling Cloth uses the folk rap form to paint a picture of custom during the late Qing dynasty and the Republic of China in Gansu area, and many rich and colorful folk custom phenomena are involved. Many folk custom phenomena were discussed in my paper called "Longzhong Small Play Zhang Lian Selling Cloth Contains the Abstract of Folklore", such as women's travel by donkey, smoking water pipe, watching Qin play, besing nominal kinship, swearing to God, and so on, now, we will move on to discuss other folk custom phenomena such as opium smoking, visiting the temple, festival celebration, hoping to beget a child, touching the child, etc. in this paper.

In Second Century BC, Zhang Qian was sent on a diplomatic mission to the Western Regions, centralized state had officially begun to open, operate and include the Silk Road in the unified national system of governance. The strategic position of the Silk Road made it the object of the Central Plains and the Northern Forces with long-term confrontation and fierce competition in history. To ensure the border security and political stability, realize the benign interaction between the central and the border areas, the management of the Silk Road has become the strategic policy of the security and stability of the nation and the border areas. Taking the Han Dynasty with excavated and consolidated period of the Silk Road as the typical object, from the frontier stable and development of perspective, the paper discusses united and central state-Han's strong military defense system:reasonable military layout,the armed forces,military defense fortifications,traffic and Yi Zhan, and system of military logistics guarantees, etc., With a hope to provide a useful theoretical and practical guidance for the active exploration of the frontier security governance mode, and the promotion of the construction of "The Belt and Road".

Abstract:
The discovery of Panzhihua Iron Mine has a special significance for the construction of the southwest heavy industry base in 1960s in China, for the development of national multi metal industry, and for the construction and development of Panzhihua city. The study finds that the historical truth of discovery of Panzhihua Iron Mine has been distorted over the years, and the relationship between the real representatives and the discoverers based on the literature and the evidence has been reversed as well. The main responsibility for the distortion of history, the main ideas and methods, are summarized systematically in the paper. The position and role of the two main characters in the process are compared and evaluated. And our own point of view is put forward.

Abstract:
A History of Chinese and Foreign Literary Theory Compiled by Prof. Cao Shunqing more fully shows the development outline of the world literary theory from the origin to the end of the 19th century, and highlights the overall, worldwide, different characteristics and innovation, which is called a new breakthrough on the history of world literary theory. A History of Chinese and Foreign Literary Theory firstly attempts to construct the world's "general literary theory" with the breakthrough of the "western centralism" and the emphasis on the "difference" thinking mode of the heterogeneity theory. It is in line with the demand and trend of globalization in comparative study of the world literary theory, and it also provides a broad space for poetic dialogue and the new quality of literary theory between the Chinese and foreign literary theory.

Abstract:
Sao type's Fu and Han Fu are the two most important forms of Fu literature in the Han Dynasty. At the same time, in the long historical development of the Han Dynasty, the poem of Fu of Sao and Fu and the poem of Yuefu five-character poem interacted with each other, forming the Sao type's Fu and Han Fu. The Sao type's Fu removed the ritual meanings, and inherited Chu Ci's grief feelings in order to mourn Qu Yuan and express personal underappreciated and ungraceful sadness mainly. In the history of literary development for the first time the combination of Fu and Taoist was showed.

Sub-sectors of the transport industry, such as bus, freight logistics, car and parking, have emerged. Regulators must promptly improve the regulatory thinking, including adaptation to technological innovation to enhance governance capacity, promote industrial upgrading to reduce the problem of urban transport, change the traditional management, reform and improve the rule of law and industry regulation, and let the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources.

A Study on the Relationship between College Students' Optimism Leveland Cognitive Function

Abstract:
In order to explore the relationship between the status quo of college freshmen optimism level and cognitive function, the American famous psychologist Seligman's attributional style questionnaire and Burns' dysfunctional attitudes scale are conducted with 300 freshmen at the same time. The study finds:the freshmen show a more pessimistic attributional style in life events, and the overall level of optimism is lower; the gender difference has a significant influence on the attributional style of the group; the general cognitive function of this group is coordinated, but there is a tendency of perfectness and a strong sense of qualification; and there are many factors related to the relationship between attributional style in functional scores and comprehensive score of cognitive dimension of the group. The optimistic psychological quality can be cultivated by adjusting the values of college freshmen.
